Same here but..
I was working on experemetal server to receive Eurekalog execptions using https post. While trying to send it my server in cloud, I received error 12157 from wininet . I somehow assume that this is same problem.

Two ideas to try:

  1. See these options in Internet Explorer
    https://openfin.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039579951-ERROR-NETWORK-Error-Code-12157-RVM
  2. Open in Internet Explorer TMS Documentation Force a hard page reload so it will reload a possibly cached certificate. When IE makes a problem with certificate trust, set to trust it.

  2. Didn't get any problem with certificate but probably because I had already made you a trusted site,

Here:
At least TLS 1.1 must be active then it works as a non-admin.
As an admin it still fails.

And Now my Xdata connections aren't working on that virtual also.
I get error from login to Xdata server

Soon i'll toast that virtual (even tough I need it still about 6monts)

but webcopy still works.
