so after yours info and suggestion we now had an intraweb registered version. 
the version is 12.2.9 , now we read that the trial doesn't work with this version of intraweb there is a possibility to have a trial compiled for the intraweb version that we had bought=

Unfortunately the trial version of the TMS IW controls is only available for the default IW version included with Delphi.
As indicated on the product page: http://www.tmssoftware.com/site/tmsiwiphone.asp

Can you try testing the trial version on a separate machine that has the default IW version installed?
