Pakage TMSCloudPkgDEXE12.bpl installation error

I am installing the TMS VCL Cloud in Delphi 10.4.2 Enterprise, the setup installation when you finish installing when you open the Delphi gives error that does not find the BPL, there is the manual installation from delphi as indicated in the Install.txt file and of the 2 projects the TMSCloudPkgDEXE12.dproj to compile and install gives the following error:

Hi Galindo,

Please note that in Delphi 10.4 the TMSCloudPkgDEDXE13 package should be used instead of TMSCloudPkgDEDXE12.

If the problem persists, please make sure the folder where the BPL file is located has been added to the system path.

Hello, we have tried the project you indicate and we still get the same error.

[dcc32 Fatal Error] F2084 Internal Error: AV0BAD7F55(0BA60000)-R000004E0-0

And we have the GLP directory defined in the Path.

I'm not sure what could be causing this error.

Can you please try to uninstall and remove all TMS VCL Cloud Pack related files? Then start the TMS VCL Cloud Pack install again.
