How to run WEB Core app using another PC/phone on the LAN with WebServer?

Evidently the default setup of WebServer in WEB Core is such that it only listens for requests from the local user account. Can it be set to allow access from another PC/device on the LAN for debugging?

If you make sure the port of the server is open on your machine, you should be able to connect to it from another device via http://IPADDRESS:PORT/

Thanks, Bruno. I didn't realize that I needed to manually open the port. Following this recipe seems to have solved the problem.
