Just started getting these:

(and a lot of others) in both x32 & x64 versions of the IDE. It used to work for a while. And all these files are still there.

SmartSetup looks happy, but I'm getting these messages for most TMS components:

Again, no ide how it started, but reinstallation of all TMS components has fixed it.

There are normally 2 causes for that error: The Windows Path became too long and it is not finding the bpls $(PATH) is not in your environment variables path. Both of those things should be possible to fix with tms doctor. Can you open a cmd.exe, and type cd /D C:\DC\TMS\TMS Setup tms doctor -fix and see if it fixes it?

It seemingly worked, but looking at some TMX demos, it started reporting "class not registered", fixed by manually installing packages, one by one, until I have now hit:

trying to install XData. So something is still messed up there. And then the demo does not build with:

Actually, all TMS packages were unchecked:

And there were some strange duplicates (considering that this is a new installation), working through that now manually...

First I recommend you never tweak the installation doing things like manually compiling, copying packages, etc. After you do this, I cannot recommend much else because I don't know what you did how does it affect the current installation. I recommend you undo everything you have manually done, uninstall and reinstall everything, and if it still doesn't work, try running the tms doctor Doctor command to see if there is something else missing in your installation.
