Find the subscription manager

I can not find where to download the new subscriptionmanager. Can you give me a hint please.
(I have the VCL one v1.3.1.1, but no update on the old one...)

I found mine on the My products page on TMS Website. There is a section TMS VCL Subscription - the version there to download is V2.

Yes, the download for TMS Subscription Manager from the "My products" page is v2.0.
