Cannot download new versions

I tried to use the TMS GUI installer to update my products and I get a time out error message, is there an issue with the server?

We just retested it here and it worked fine.
Maybe this is a glitch or local network issue? Can you try? Does the list-remote command work?

Can you please explain how to test list-remote command? What IP should I be checking from here?

As with similar issues I had over the past year it was due to my Starlink internet connection. I now have to use a VPN connection to allow me to connect and download the updates
