Unable to install components from the new TMS Dashboard

Hello, we are trying to install the different components of our TMS ALL-ACCESS subscription from the new TMS Dashboard, but as you can see in the attached image, we get an error message saying ‘timeout for operation’.

We have run several tests selecting different components, but the error always appears.

The strange thing is that if we go to the old TMS Dashboard, we can install the components, but when we try to install Flex Bridge, they only appear for installation in this new dashboard, and when we try to do so, we get an error message saying that other versions of components exist, logically those installed with the other dashboard.

We have deleted all component installations from the previous Dashboard and tried again with the new version, but it still does not work.

We have attached the error log files.

We have Delphi Version 12.3 installed.

That error means your computer can't connect to the Smart Setup server.

Just to be sure, we checked our servers here, and it's working fine.

So either it was temporary issue - and now you should be able to install now - or it's a problem with your computer, not being able to access our servers.

For example, you could try to connect to the following URL from your browser: https://api.landgraf.dev/tms/api/setup/user/products. You should get an "Unauthorized" response, which is fine, but are you getting such response, or is it timing out?
