AdvSmoothPopup on HIDPI one Monitor.

When I use AdvSmoothPopup in HiDPI there is a scaling problem.
See the images.
Windows is in 150% scale. Application is aware of HiDPI and in any other situations scalingi is OK

We have seen a difference in the underlying VCL for Delphi 10 / 11 and Delphi 12 wrt high DPI that affects TAdvSmoothPopup. We applied an improvement for this that will be included in the next TMS VCL UI Pack release.
