i have update my project from D11 to D12.1 an i font the problem
the toolbarbutton has default no images anymore. See image:

Do you have a different version installed in D11? The issue we've detected with thumbnails is affecting all existing versions so you'd see the same issue in D11 if it's a new installation.
We've applied a fix for the thumbnails and the next version will contain the necessary changes.
We are still investigating the toolbar.
