Sorry, not yet. We still need to finish this for public use. For now, it is still a bit rough and for our internal use only.

Yes, you should be able to use the generated Pascal units also from TMS WEB Core.

Since the initial reply was "Sorry, not yet", any update on the import tool? Is there an import tool available from TMS?

Further research showed an automated approach is only feasible for a limited set of controls. There are too much control examples that deviate from "standard" approaches that a general tool to just import anything would unfortunately be too limited to make it generally useful.
