Sometime's you just need to make uninstall or install a older version... uninstalling component should not make assumption, that the component was so bad, that the user want's to remove it from favorites 
it would be helpful if uninstall would keep component as a favorite.
I can toggle favorite for installed and not installed products.
With what exact steps can I reproduce this issue?
Is this TMS Subscription Manager v2.2.0.0?
