Subscription Manager problems

Hi,

A while back when I updated the TMS FlexCel Studio, it went through the normal download - uninstall -  install but the FlexCel component  did not show up under the Installed section of the tree view.  It doesn't matter if I uninstall it before I try to update it, it will not show as Installed.  I just ran the Subscription Manager to update the TMS components because of XE2 update 4, and now not only does FlexCel not show up under the installed section but Scripter Stuido Pro and Workflow Studio also will not show as installed.

Are you always using the same Windows user account to do these operations? This is a requirement.

Hi,

We've found an issue in the way FlexCel 5 registers itself, the vcl manager won't find it. 
Next flexcel version will have it fixed, but in the meantime It isn't really critical, FlexCel is installed anyway even if the sub manager says it isn't. Just ignore it for now.
