Problem installing IntraWeb help

I am using Delphi XE3.

When I install the help files with RegHelp2.exe, the log file looks like this:

If I search for 'tms' I can find one topic with no links from it.

If I search for 'TTIWAdvTreeView' it returns no results.

I think I should be able to find 'TTIWAdvTreeView'.

My question is why not, and what can I do to fix it.

  1. is the Delphi help itself installed?
    2) do you run reghelp2.exe from the same Windows user account as the one with which Delphi help was installed?

The Delphi help is working.

I have tried running RegHelp2.exe as Administrator and my usual account, but I get the same log file in both cases, and cannot find help for TMS comoponents.

DelphiXE3 was installed as Administrator.

Are you able to provide the IntraWeb help files in another format, such as .chm or .html or .pdf ?
I don't mind the lack of integration with Delphi if I can actually get at the help information.
