Not allowing me to download

I get the message "Maximum nr. of downloads per day exceeded." There have been no downloads since October of last year. I submitted a support email last week and have received no reply.

How do I get this fixed?!

Yes, I did. Twice. And I still have not received any responses!

We answered your emails, I'd suggest to look at your email account, spam filter, junk folder etc...
