my Account - page not working


I am having problems downloading from the "my account" page. this has happend several times before. I did not download anything today. I get a page not found message when I click on a download link.

Non of them are working. 

Also it is extremely slow, the page takes about 60 seconds to be completely build.

This is a reaccurring problem. Very frustrating when you need to download something. useally when I try later, it works. 

The Subscription manager also doesn't work: file size incorrect, restart subscription manager and retry.

We see no problems from here. We see all services on servers are operational.
Can you verify there is no firewall/proxy/antivirus/websecurity tool interfering with our website and/or something blocking access to as this is our download server.
