IWURLWindow inside iPhoneScrollRegion

I would like to use an IWURLWindow inside iPhoneScrollRegion to display content from an external page.  When I do so the content is truncated.  I would like it to scroll to accomodate the content.

 
I have turned off ClipRegion, and tried all possible values for the Scrolling property of the IWURLWindow.  Is this supported?

Unfortunately this is a limitation of the IWURLWindow control which is not compatible with the iPhoneScrollRegion scrolling functionality.
