Install for delphi 11 and 12

VCL TMS Cryptography Pack

Hi

I tried to update the new version of TMS crypto to Delphi 11 and 12.
The compilation seems ok to Delphi 12, but seems failed to Delphi 11

Here included the log file

The error we see reported in the log file is:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Embarcadero\Studio\22.0\Bin\CodeGear.Delphi.Targets(412,5): warning MSB6002: La ligne de commande de la tƒche "DCC" est trop longue. This means that your library path is too long for MSBUILD to handle this. Please sanitize your library path and retry to install.

NB : This morning I am trying to install the new version of VCL Bridge (3.2). But the install file downloaded correspond to ver 3.1
