I can't install TMS BIZ

Hello

I can't install TMS BIZ, everything started when I downloaded and installed the trial of the cloud components, since then everything has been damaged. I have Windows 10 Pro. I have tried to install aurelius, sparkle, xdata and logging with Smart Setup and with TMS Subscription Manager 2 and I have not been able to. I tried to install with console commands and it tells me that the license is invalid or that I should install the TMS BIZ Core product.

Do I have to download and try again with TMS Smart Setup or do I try again by downloading TMS Subscription Manager?

The logs indicate that the error only happen in Android32 platform. Everything else is properly installed and you can use.

If you want to use Android32, try to just rebuild the packages using tms build (it's fast because it will only try to rebuild the Android32 one) and see if it solves the problem.

The error indicated in the log looks like a temporary one, might even be caused by some antivirus software.

Hi Wagner, I'm informing you that the packages are not installed correctly. It still doesn't work. What can I do? I don't have any viruses on my computer.
