access violation tms subscription manager

I try to update my biz premium today , after having downloaded new version when i try to update "tms sparkle" and related ones i have an access violation

can anyone help ?

Hi,

Can you please make sure you are using correct credentials associated with your TMS BIZ Premium license?
Have you tried to log out and restart the subscription manager, then login again?

If the problem persists, please try downloading and installing from the My Products page after login on the TMS Software website.

Hi,
i use the right credentials and i have restarted the subscription manager without success unfortunately

We cannot reproduce this here with your credentials.
Do you run the latest version v2.2 of TMS Subscription Manager and do you run it from a folder where you have full write permissions?

I do use v2.2 and have full permissions on folder.

what i did to solve the problem was
a) i downloaded all the updates with Subscription manager
b) i manually installed the downloaded setup

So, this means the AV comes when you click on the install button? Do you see the installer being started at all?
Are there any specific security settings on this machine, like settings that would prevent the TMS Subscription Manager to write to the registry for example?

Yes when install button was clicked
No i don't see any particular reason which would prevent access to registry.

One thing maybe interresting is that i have renewed TMS Biz Premium but TMS Biz Core is separated from it !!!

We think we have located the issue.
Can you retry now?
