Error trying to compile with sparkle

[dcc32 Fatal Error] Unit Sparkle.Utils was compiled with a different version of Bcl.Utils.TBclUtils

All TMS packages uninstalled and the new versions installed 17/01/23
Business Core Library v1.36.0.0 (11/01/23) files in ..\core\common dated 04/12/22 except Bcl.Utils dated 30/12/22
Sparkle v3.22.2.0 (11/01/23) files in ..\core\common dated 04/12/22

Simple fix?

You should uninstall everything, clean up all remaining files that might be in your disk, remove any reference to BIZ directories in your Delphi library path, and then install everything again.

Good morning

Already tried to uninstall through TMS Setup, clean all references found, and install again the same way, and keep receiving the same error. I am using Delphi 12.1. Have you any other suggestion?
