I try to download Diagram studio, the last version. I get only a html-file default.htm, but not the installer.

You have any websecurity tools / antivirus active that possibly interfere? If so, try to disable these.

I disabled Kaspersky Total Security and got the same default.htm-File.

The culprit was Google Chrome, with Internet Explorer everything was fine.

Perhaps there is a browser plugin interfering?
