Component Pack install after IW Companent Pack

D2009: Component Pack install after IW Component Pack is generating the following  error when D2009 is started:

Can't load package [...]\tmsded2009.bpl. Cannot load package 'iwtmssed2009.' It contains unit 'AdvmWS,' which is also contained in package 'tmsd2009'

How do I fix this?
