cannot install registered VCL UI Pack 13.10.1.0

Hello, I have used the trial version of VCL UI Pack, and decided to buy the product (through the subscription bundle).
My work PC has a clean install of Delphi 12.2 Athens, running on windows 10.
I have tried both ways: 1) Through the subscription manager and 2) Manual download and installed.

Upon installation when the credentials are shown, I have used both codes, 1) My subscription code, and B) The product code

Both produce the same error "Sorry, incorrect registration email and code"
Could it be a communication problem with TMS server(s)
Could it be my company's network policy blocking?
What?

Thanks
Andreas

We sent an email with the credentials to use for TMS VCL UI Pack to your email. These should work. If not, please check if there is no web security tool, firewall, proxy server, ... that possibly blocks activation HTTP requests from our installer.

thanks!

Could u please resend the email with the information.
The account had the vendor's email address.
I have changed the account registration email to reflect my email from now on, since I am the developer.

Thanks
Andreas

Has been sent to the new email

Thanks!
The same thing is happening. Must be a problem on my end.

Please check with a (free) tool like Fiddler Web Debugging Proxy and Troubleshooting Tools|Fiddler what might be blocking the installer to perform the activation

Hello Bruno, sorry for the trouble I am causing u.
We are really strict with network policies.
Do u know what URL the setup.exe "hits" ino order to process HTTP server requests, so the company allows just that IP / Url ?

Thanks
Andreas

Please allow all accesses to https://www.tmssoftware.com/...

Bruno, hello. We use a proxy server.
In order to bypass the proxy, I need to talk to the CTO. I don't know if its going to happen.

The Proxy Server does not block anything. Any suggestions ?
I have come to the conclusion that there must be something wrong with the credentials.

Best regards
Andreas

I especially ran our installer here and activated with the credentials that I sent and this works fine.
So, there must be something on your machine that blocks / interferes with the https requests to https://www.tmssoftware.com from our installer.
Please check this with a tool like Fiddler or ask network admins.
