when I change browser page width
It is clearly a bootstrap css classes interference. We will investigate what we can do about it.

I don't think so; my example project behaves the same as in the previous version.
We applied an improvement that will be included in the next release.

In last version 2.7.2.2 is better but no good, see my screen:
These pointed elements should be displayed on the next row, for now the TWebRichEditToolBar is not responsive. You can check this on the same attached example project.
We applied improvements for this. Next update will have these improvements.
