Web core installation

Today 18/8 -23 I downloaded and installed the latest version [v2.2.3.0
I installed after taking away the old version I had
But delphi say that I have version 2.1.2.0

This error seems to indicate you have an incorrect install of TMS WEB Core. Uninstall TMS WEB Core via the Windows Control Panel. After full uninstall of all TMS WEB Core instances form the Control Panel, verify it is no longer in the IDE. After this, do a fresh install of the latest version.
