Update WebCore 1.6.0.0 -> 1.6.2.0

I have a problem with the update to 1.6.2.0

I have already updated from 1.6.0.0 to 1.6.2.0.
When I look under the Windows Control Panel Program,
i see "TMS WEB Core for RAD Studio 10.4 Sydney v1.6.2.0"
When I start Delphi, on the start screen i see "TMS WEB Core 1.6.0.0"
and when I look under Help in Delphi -> Info about TMS Web Core, then i see 1.6.0.0 in the form title

which version is running or how can I solve the problem

Perform a full uninstall via Windows Control Panel of TMS WEB Core.
Redownload
Reinstall
