TPlannerWaitList design time color setting issue

Setting TPlannerWaitList.DefaultItem.SelectFontColor to clRed (or any other color) at design time and compiling and running the application works fine, but after closing and reopening the form TPlannerWaitList.DefaultItem.SelectFontColor is reset to $003B3B3B.

We are using Delphi 11 and TMS version 11.0.3.0.
