TMSFNCTileList on VCL act strange

Hello dear TMS support,

I have tried your Tilelist VCL demo and it keeps flickering when I move the mouse.

The version of TTMSFNCTileList is 1.0.1.1

Note: We discovered that it only flickers when rdp (Remote Desktop Protocol) is used
