TMSFNCDataGrid: Last Row isn't selected when Options.Mouse.WheelScrollKeepSelection is set to true

When the Option Options.Mouse.WheelScrollKeepSelection is set to false and WheelScrollSizeis set to 1 the last row can't be reached via the Mousewheel.

You can easily check this with your Basic Editing Demo:

  • Set both Options described as above
  • Scroll down to the last row
  • Row 110 is the last one to be selected also the grid has 111 rows
  • Via Click the row can be selected

Please download and install TMS FNC UI Pack 6.3, which fixes this issue.
