At first, I assume this is a temporary problem, it's often caused by having cached credentials at client side (TMS Smart Setup), and then some modifications at TMS back office. Usually after one hour it solves by itself because the cache is invalidated.
I recommend you try to reenter the credentials and thus force an update. Please use command-line and run the following command in Smart Setup folder:
tms credentials -check
Then enter your credentials again. Please let me know if this solves your issue.
