Subscription Manager - (today 22.nov 2023) - "cannot connect to server!"

This is new today, login does not work.
Message:
Invalid credentials or cannot connect to server! Verify credentials and check if no firewall, anti virus software, websecurity tool is blockng HTTP request from TMS Subscription Manager.

Smart Setup, on the other hand, works seamlessly
