I am writing to request assistance regarding the installation of my purchased products. I previously purchased the TMS UI Pack for XE3.
I am currently trying to reinstall the components. While all other components in the pack are installing correctly, only TMS Advanced SpreadGrid is failing with the following error message:
"Sorry, Incorrect registration email and code"
I am using the same credentials that worked for the rest of the pack. Could you please check if there is an issue with my license for this specific component or provide a solution to resolve this?
