Do you have more details what you mean with "the process fails to go through"
Did you enter the correct credentials? Did the download work? If the download worked, what exactly during the install process failed with what exact error?
Did you use the classic installer for TMS VCL UI Pack or do you use TMS Smart Setup?
I apologize for not asking a detailed question. My situation is as follows.
IDE: XE3, OS: Windows 10 32bit
I attempted to proceed with the download and installation using the Subscription Dashboard.
However, the download and installation did not progress.
When attempting to run TMS smart setup, the following message is showing.
"This version of C:\Users\ABC\Desktop\NewTMS\tmssmartsetup\tms.exe is not
compatible with the version of Windows you"re running. Check your
computer"s system information and then contact the software publisher."
I see now this concerns a 32bit operating system while TMS Smart Setup is a 64bit app by default.

Replace the existing tms.exe and tmsgui.exe with the attached files and retry
