You can also always uninstall via the Windows Control Panel Add/Remove software
There must be something wrong with your setup.
Try to run the installer again from the folder
c:\users<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\tmssoftware\TMS VCL UI Pack\setup.exe
Yes, it was a bad installation.
The whole VCL UI Pack folder was not there.
I have now manually reinstalled.
He wanted to uninstall before, but of course couldn't.
Installation went smoothly. All files and components are back.
