Missing components TMS Smooth Controls after update TMS VCL UI Pack

Hi, after updating TMS VCL UI Pack to version 13.5.1.0 the entire TMS Smooth Controls component package was removed. Where can I find the cause?
Delphi version 12 (29.0.55362.2017) + Update 3

I have also installed 13.5.1 via TMS Smart Setup in D12.3 - group TMS SmoothControls and TMS DBSmoothControls with all the components is shown in my palette.
I've no idea what might be the cause, but a uninstall/reinstall of VCL UI Pack often helped me in the past with such issues.

Unfortunately, that doesn't help

Make sure that under Component / Install Packages, these 5 packages are listed AND active (checked):

The packages were visible and checked. Uninstalling TMS VCL UI Pack and reinstalling it did not help.
It was necessary to uninstall the entire Delphi, clean the registry and folders.
Only this action gave success.
