When using this component I get the following:
Please notice that the black rectangle is not entirely visible on the selected item (bottom black line is missing).
Only if the last item is selected I get desired behavior:

Problem still exists if you disable some of the items. Depending on the graphics style different borders are not painted.
Can you send us a specific sample so we can investigate this here?
