Add a ShowMessage() call in the Register proc. You should see it executing then IF you use the right package.
Upon further investigation I actually was able to find another .bpl in an odd place and as it turns out, it was the correct one that was recently modified. I pointed RAD studio at it and now chartLink is finally showing up. Thanks for your help.
