Can't install TMS VCL UI Pack, but subscription is valid

Dear all,

I have a problem with TMS Subscription Manager. I can't install TMS VCL UI Pack, see attached picture:

It says "Invalid registration information. Please contact TMS software", when I click "Download" button for TMS VCL UI Pack.

We have a valid license and subscription, which expires in 191 days.

Moreover, an attempt to select older version of TMS VCL UI Pack results in Access Violation:

We urgently need to update TMS VCL UI Pack. Please help.
