Still issues with some packages not installing in certain configurations

Using Smart Setup 1.0.30
Delphi 12.1 update 1

TMS Async and TMS VLC Cloud Pack does not compile in Win64. Had to do it manually.

Also installed VCL UI Pack and VCL Chart. They both compiled in Win64.
Very strange that some packs do compile in Win32/64 and some don't.

Are there any registry / config files I have to delete?
