Continuing the discussion from Smart setup beta: Error installing BIZ:

Getting errors while starting Delphi Rio 10.3 (in the machine where I used the setup)
I did not see any errors (some warnings though).
Any ideas ?

My first guess is that you have leftovers from previous install.
Can you please check in your entire disk what copies of xdata260.bpl you have? Possibly Delphi is loading the wrong one from a wrong location.
