SmartSetup Biz components BPL error

I tried to use TMS Smartsetup to reinstall (after uninstall components with classic installer) but if install process works fine BPL aren't "accepted" by Delphi 12.1 Enterprise (FR)

After install all components seems OK

But when Delphi starts, it doesn't success in loading BPL for 4 components from BIZ components

In french it means
"Impossible to load package ... the specified module can't be found"

But the BPL file is present in the targeted place

What can be wrong and how to fix it ?
Uninstall all and re install doesn't solve it

Not able to load package

Open Delphi, go to Tools->Options->IDE->Environment Variables and check the PATH variable in the "User System Overrides" box. You should have a $(PATH) entry here, but some third party installers remove it.
