The Rest Client Editor (and Rest Insight) memos (e.g. Response, Preview) don't show unicode text; Greek in my case.
FYI, if the response is saved to a text file and opened, e.g. by notepad, the Greek letters show just fine.

hi we applied a fix in TMS FNC UI Pack for the encoding issues. You can redownload it. The REST Insight should have been updated as well. You can re download via the same link
