I have tested this here with project

but could not reproduce this.

Please use the latest version 3.0.1.1

 TMSFNCRichEditorRTFIO1.Save('RichEdit.rtf'); 
and  
TMSFNCRichEditorHTMLIO1.Save('RichEdit.html');
does not transfer letters well (Slovenian and Croatian)
?ĐČĆ? ?đčć?   

TMSFNCRichEditorPDFIO1.Save('RichEdit.pdf'); 
work ok!
