Registering Error (TMS Web Core) when starting Delphi

I recently installed the following products: Sparkle, Aurelius, XData, WebCore without any errors. But when I start Delphi (12.2) this error approaches (four times):

What can I do?

Do you see the TMSLicenseGenerator.exe app located in the folder shown on this dialog?
If so, try to execute this app directly from this folder, fill-in your credentials and have the license generated. After this, Delphi should start with TMS WEB Core without needing to start the TMSLicenseGenerator app again.
