Problems uploading the update files

Hello,

I am unable to upload files to the FTP server using Update Builder. All information such as host, username, password, port, directory, etc. is correct. SFFTP is also checked.

I tested this login information with an SFTP client and it works there.
Unfortunately, the message in the log is not very helpful either:

[Error message] [19.01.2026 12:39:09] : Cannot connect to SFTP server

Is there perhaps another log file that can be viewed, or does Updatebuilder have a problem with SFTP?

Do you have the correct OpenSSL DLL’s in the same folder where UpdateBuilder is located?
Check:
libcrypto-1_1.dll
libssl-1_1.dll
libssh2.dll

That was exactly the problem...
These two were missing:

libcrypto-1_1.dll
libssl-1_1.dll

Is it intentional that these files are NOT included in the TMS Update Builder package?

Was a change with a required OpenSSL update.
We have now updated the distribution.
