Pb after installation : not valid win32 app

Hi

I have just changed computers and installed Delphi 13.

I am now installing the TMS components via ‘smart update’.

Everything is going well, except for certain elements, such as TMS Logging.

The installation is going well, but when I open Delphi, I get this message (included) :

Do you have a solution?

PS: I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times without success.

PS : This file is included in mentionned directory
