Updated logging in Delphi 12.3 works but fail in Delphi 13

Hi,

I have two Delphi versions on the same PC and updated all components via tmsgui.
Compiling a XDataServer project with logging is possible on Delphi 12 but gives an error message in Delphi 13.

[dcc64 Fatal Error] Bcl.TMSLogging.pas(8): F2613 Unit 'TMSLoggingCore' not found.

How can this be solved?
