is there a way to automatically create all files for a new webform?

Hi,
I am not familiar with VSC but it seems to be a good alternative to Delphi.
My main problem for the moment is that I have not found a way to add with one click a new Webform with all its files (.pas, .dfm, .html) and be included in the project.
Is there a way to do it as Delphi IDE does it with File->New->TMS web form ?

You click the TMS WEB Core icon in the sidebar and from there select a new web form
