Installer not working for FNC Chart 3.0.2.0

I'm trying to install the latest TMS FNC Chart. The installer is giving me an error, telling me that TMS FNS Core 4.2.2.0 is incompatible, and that I have to download 4.2.1.0.

Somebody please fix this.
